Terms & Conditions
Client / you / your — the person or organization engaging our Services.
Services — our professional web‑design and related digital services (strategy, layout, styling, content placement, configuration, training/hand‑over, and add‑ons).
Deliverables — the work produced during the Project (designs, layouts, site files, graphics, content placement).
Project — a defined engagement confirmed through a proposal, invoice, or agreement.
Third‑Party Tools — external software, plugins, fonts, stock media, and platforms used or integrated at your request.
2) Acceptance of Terms
By requesting a quote, approving a proposal, paying an invoice, or instructing us to begin work, you confirm your agreement with these Terms. If you act on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
3) Scope of Services
We provide professional website design and digital presentation services. Unless stated otherwise, our Services do NOT include:
- Ongoing content creation or copywriting
- Custom application development
- Paid advertising or marketing management
- Long‑term maintenance or hosting management
- Legal or compliance advisory
- Any service not explicitly mentioned in your approved proposal
Additional items can be added at extra cost.
4) Proposals, Fees & Payments
- Quotes outline project scope, timeline, and cost.
- A non‑refundable deposit (usually 40–50%) is required to begin work.
- Remaining payments are made through milestones (design approval, build, final review, launch).
- Payment gateway or bank fees are your responsibility.
- Delayed payment may pause work until outstanding amounts are cleared.
- Any new requirements not in the approved scope will be billed separately.
5) Changes, Out‑of‑Scope & Extras
Any request that expands beyond the approved scope—such as extra pages, additional features, redesigns after approval, or new functionality—is considered out‑of‑scope. We will quote and bill separately for such work.
6) Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide complete and accurate materials (text, images, brand assets).
- Respond within reasonable time for feedback and approvals.
- Ensure you have permission to use all supplied materials.
- Provide secure, revocable access when required.
- Review drafts and deliverables within the agreed time frames.
Delays in feedback or materials may extend the project timeline.
7) Content, Licenses & Third‑Party Rights
- You are responsible for the legality and licensing of all content you provide.
- Third‑party items (fonts, plugins, stock images) remain governed by their own licenses.
- Any costs for premium tools are your responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
- You are responsible for your website’s legal compliance (privacy policy, cookies, etc.).
8) Intellectual Property & Portfolio Rights
- Final Deliverables become yours ONLY after full payment.
- Pre‑existing tools, design assets, code libraries, or processes remain our property.
- We may showcase the completed project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
9) Access, Security & Credentials
- You are encouraged to create temporary admin users for project access.
- Access should be revoked once the project is complete.
- We are not liable for security breaches caused by hosting, third‑party plugins, or changes made after handover.
10) Timelines, Revisions & Approvals
- Timelines are estimates and depend on timely feedback and content delivery.
- Most projects include two rounds of revisions per page or deliverable.
- Approvals lock that stage. Changes after approval are out‑of‑scope.
11) Testing, Launch & Handover
We test your website for layout, responsiveness, and basic browser compatibility. After launch:
- We provide access and instructions.
- Small issues directly related to our work will be fixed during your support period.
12) Post‑Launch Support, Maintenance & Warranty
- Support duration depends on your selected package (e.g., 7–30 days).
- Support covers issues directly caused by our work.
- Post‑launch changes, plugin conflicts, or hosting errors are not covered unless you purchase maintenance.
13) Uptime, Hosting & Third‑Party Services
We do not control external factors such as hosting uptime, server performance, email delivery, or third‑party tool reliability. These services operate under their own terms.
14) Confidentiality & Privacy
Each party agrees to keep non‑public project information confidential.
Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
15) Non‑Solicitation (Optional)
For up to 6–12 months after the Project, you agree not to hire or solicit our team members directly without our written permission.
16) Acceptable Use
You must not use the Deliverables for unlawful activities, spam, fraud, copyright infringement, or activities violating third‑party terms.
17) Limitation of Liability
- We will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, data loss, or business interruption.
- Our total liability will not exceed the total project fees paid by you.
- We cannot guarantee that third‑party tools or hosting will function without error.
18) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from the content you provide, breaches of these Terms, or misuse of the Deliverables.
19) Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as natural disasters, major outages, or large‑scale technical disruptions.
20) Termination
You may terminate the project anytime; however:
- Deposits are non‑refundable once work begins.
- You must pay for completed work and any additional costs incurred.
We may also terminate the project for non‑payment or prolonged inactivity.
21) Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds depend on our Refunds & Cancellations Policy.
Deposits and completed work are not refundable.
22) Dispute Resolution
Both parties agree to attempt settlement through good‑faith discussions.
If unresolved, disputes may go to mediation or legal channels, depending on your region.
23) Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Haryana, India.
Courts in Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.
24) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of our Services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

26) Miscellaneous
- These Terms contain the entire agreement between both parties.
- Failure to enforce any clause is not a waiver of rights.
- Invalid sections don’t affect the rest of the document.
- You may not assign these Terms without our consent.
