1. No Physical Shipping
StudioWebSphere does not offer or process shipments of physical goods.
All services—including website design, branding assets, digital content, and project deliverables—are delivered online via:
- Cloud storage links (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)
- Project management platforms
- Your WordPress admin panel
- Other agreed-upon digital methods
No shipping fees, taxes, or handling charges apply.
2. Delivery of Digital Services
Digital deliverables are shared based on your project plan. Common delivery formats include:
- Website files directly uploaded to your hosting
- Access credentials or admin invitations to WordPress
- Downloadable design assets (PDF, PNG, JPG, SVG, video files, etc.)
- Strategy documents or reports via PDF or shared document links
Once the project is complete, you will receive all final files and instructions in digital form.
3. Delivery Timelines
Since there is no physical shipping, delivery timelines depend on:
- Project scope
- Approved design direction
- Client responsiveness
- Revision cycles
Typical timelines include:
- Initial concepts: 3–7 business days
- Full website delivery: 7–30 business days (depending on package)
- Revisions: 1–3 business days each
Exact timelines will be outlined in your project proposal or agreement.
4. Access Credentials and Handover
Upon completion, you may receive:
- Admin login access
- Hosting control panel access (if applicable)
- Source files, assets, and final project documents
- Training materials or handover support (if included in your plan)
These items are securely delivered via email or a protected folder link.
5. Failed Delivery of Digital Files
If you do not receive your files due to technical issues (e.g., email blocking, file‑size limitations, broken links), we will resend the materials within 24–48 hours using an alternative delivery method.
Please contact us immediately if you experience any issues accessing your files.
6. Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth and timely delivery, clients must provide:
- Accurate email address
- Required project materials (content, text, brand assets, images)
- Timely feedback during the design process
- Access credentials if we are working on your hosting or website platform
Delays in providing these items may extend project timelines.
7. Revisions & Post‑Delivery Support
All revisions included in your package are delivered digitally.
Additional support or updates after project completion will also be provided online.
No printed materials or physical versions of files will be shipped.
